Economic Development

 

Northwest Michigan Council of Governments provides services to businesses in an effort to spur economic growth in our region. We believe that small business is the foundation of our economy, and its success disseminates to all residents of the region. Through various partnerships, NWMCOG works to assist entrepreneurs and existing companies in achieving success. Our programs include the Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center, Procurement Technical Assistance Center, and Northwest Michigan WORKS! Business Services. Partners in this effort include Chambers of Commerce throughout the region, Economic Development organizations, and many more.
