3 day session designed for C.N.A. Apprentices - Certificate Provided - Conducted by PHI

Note: Must attend all 3 days for certification. For CNA apprenticeship classroom credit, Team Building and Communication is a recommended pre-cursor.

Day 1 - Wednesday, November 18th, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Day 2 - Tuesday, December 15th, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Day 3 - Wednesday, December 16th, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
