TeamWork NorthWest is a partnership of many community organizations and local businesses to improve job retention for at-risk employees. Many people who live in poverty, or have disabilities or other extenuating circumstances, also have issues that make job retention difficult or unlikely.

The program uses Retention Specialists to work on-site with both the employer and employee to address any of these issues before they become a job loss situation. The Retention Specialists use a very proactive approach to intervene and help solve problems. These can be anything from communication issues, to appropriate work behaviors, to transportation and childcare issues, and many others.
